F Square Contractors is a proud full-service, woman and minority-owned business committed to quality building. Co-founders Theresa Mason Ford and Harold Ford were driven by a desire to construct places to dwell in forever through quality craftsmanship.
In 2017, After working her way up in the industry ladder, Theresa teamed-up with Harold, learning more about the trade as she moved through various projects. She was guided by her childhood dream to construct and remodel homes for herself and the wider community.
In 2019, she turned that dream into a reality by working jointly with her husband to establish F Square Contractors, Inc. F Square Contractors, Inc. is headquartered in Washington D.C. serving local and national clients in construction, building development and real estate.

Theresa Mason Ford

Theresa Mason Ford is a Co-founder, President & Chief Executive Office of F Square Contractors, Inc. A proud full-service, woman and minority-owned business committed to quality building that is driven by a desire to construct places to dwell in forever through quality craftsmanship.
Theresa Mason Ford graduated from Liberty University with a M.P.P. in Public Policy. She continues to serve in her community in various organization such as NAACP Economic & Sustainability, Chair, NCNW, writing effective policies to build the community growth.
LaToya Thompson serves as the Vice President in Development and Real Estate Construction. She currently serves in the U.S. Navy and has done so for over the last 10 years. In this role, LaToya provides development that embraces sustained resident empowerment and equity: social, economic, racial, and environmental.
She manages construction risk, evaluate strategic redevelopment, and executing stakeholders within the Community Development Organization (CDO) and Grass Root Organizations (GROs) such as: Neighborhood council, business association, school organization and youth group and more.
